About the Programme

This 2 day programme will equip participants to engage stakeholders by building trust and developing a shared vision. They will be able to create a structured coalition with defined roles and responsibilities, fostering collaboration and inclusivity. By the end of the programme, the participants would be in a position to leverage the diverse expertise and resources of coalition members to develop a strategic plan with specific actions and timelines. They will also be able to advocate effectively through lobbying, public campaigns, and mobilising support, while monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
